Rubber 1911 Grips
1911 handgun owners tend to lean a bit towards the traditional side from my experience and as such hardwood 1911 grips seem to be the standard for many owners but there is another group of owners that march to a different drum. They prefer their 1911 grips to be made from rubber and I think you will agree after you look below, that rubber 1911 grips might not be a bad choice for your next pair of 1911 grips. They look great, hold up to a beating and quite frankly, you don't have to have a coronary if you happen to mar or scratch the grip surface like you might with an exotic hardwood 1911 grip. I like to shoot my guns, so rubber seems like a great choice for my next pair of 1911 grips.
